Your request will be processed immediately. Certainly we always try to meet your needs.

• The rooms are usually reserved from 2pm until 7pm on the arrival day for you. We would please you for a previous call if you arrving late.
• We please you to leave the room not later than 10.30. on the day of departure.
• We also please you to send us a deposit of €100 on our bank account. Since the deposit is retained as a handling fee and the cancellation case, it is recommended that trip cancellation insurance to cover these costs if necessary. 
• The bill can be settled in cash or maestro card (debit) or visa card or master card.
• From the age of 15  are subject to a tax, which is already included in room rates (€ 1,30 per person)..
• We please you to reserve an underground parking space if needed in advance.
• Sharing the massages and spa services at the Hotel Klausnerhof next door (without sauna and swimmingpool use)
